Activities
This section covers the activities currently available at the Club. The Club also organizes a wide range of sports, social and cultural occasions. These will be announced closer to the event. Please remember to check with your
doctor before taking part in any physical activity, particularly if you have been ill or inactive for a long time.
Judo
Judo is a combination of physical activity, self-defense skills, and spiritual development! This class will teach you a variety of skills including balance, coordination and effective motion. Judo is not only a physical work out, but a mental one as well. When taking Judo, you will build self-confidence, trust, self-discipline and respect for yourself and others.
