This section covers the activities currently available at the Club. The Club also organizes a wide range of sports, social and cultural occasions. These will be announced closer to the event. Please remember to check with your
doctor before taking part in any physical activity, particularly if you have been ill or inactive for a long time.
TRX
TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is a workout system that involves body weight and gravity; and gives you the ability to control how much you want to challenge yourself. These 2 adjustable stripes help increase or decrease resistance to deliver a fast, effective total-body workout, build a rock-solid core and increase muscular endurance. TRX is a workout that benefits people of all fitness levels.
