This section covers the activities currently available at the Club. The Club also organizes a wide range of sports, social and cultural occasions. These will be announced closer to the event. Please remember to check with your
doctor before taking part in any physical activity, particularly if you have been ill or inactive for a long time.

Iron Core
This class is an incomparable abdominal workout that zeros in on the core muscles of the back and abdomen with the goal to tone, strengthen, and define your abs! Challenging exercises will target the lower and upper abdominals, obliques, and hip flexors. Set to upbeat music, you will work your entire core and learn new exercises to help sculpt the body. This class is a great way to fit a quick but challenging workout into your day!
