This section covers the activities currently available at the Club. The Club also organizes a wide range of sports, social and cultural occasions. These will be announced closer to the event. Please remember to check with your
doctor before taking part in any physical activity, particularly if you have been ill or inactive for a long time.
Yoga
A Hindu spiritual and aesthetic discipline that includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, Yoga is widely practiced for health and relaxation. A regular yoga practice will help transform your mind and body, ultimately helping you find inner calmness. Yoga also enhances your balance and stability and leaves you feeling stronger and more centered.
