Cardio Latino
Many who have integrated Latin dance routines into their weekly schedules praise the fun of its activity! A combination of strength training with bursts of high intensity cardiovascular exercises to keep the heart rate up. With its unique blend of dance moves, Cardio Latino will challenge your body to never become complacent at one level of exertion and will increase your metabolism considerably.
